Quizrr: A Gamified Learning App for Workers
Quizrr is an Android app developed by Quizrr, aimed at providing continued learning journeys for workers globally. The app allows users to download new learning content by scanning QR codes provided by Quizrr and its partners. The learning content covers a wide range of topics, including workplace policies, worker representation, and Occupational Health & Safety.
The app has two main features. Firstly, the user can view and access all the training modules downloaded, started or completed in the training library. Secondly, the app offers gamified training modules that take betweenminutes to complete. These modules consist of engaging content to interact with while following a guided gameboard, and with each step, the user progresses along a training route and collects coins.
The training content has been developed with the help of experts in local contexts and languages, and each module consists of a series of engaging live-action or animation films followed by short quizzes to help reinforce and retain knowledge. The app also offers profile settings where users can update login information and language preferences. It is not limited to workers, and many managers, supervisors, trainers, recruiters, and others can use it for their continued learning journeys.
